SALES 

Maggie Mundy has sold her book Midworld Lover to Red Sage. Wonderful news!

Kathrine Leannan has sold Warrior Born (Bk#1 of the Katana series) to Arrow Publishing, Washington DC.

And as announced in Publishers Lunch:
NYT bestselling author Keri Arthur's Fire Born in a new series about a phoenix, a fire spirit capable of taking on human form who is also cursed with the ability to foresee death via her dreams, to NAL, in a two-book deal.

NYT bestselling author Keri Arthur's next two books in the Dark Angels series, featuring a half-werewolf/half-Aedh, again to NAL.

Cheryse Durrant has signed a three-book contract with Clan Destine Press for her young adult, urban fantasy Heart Hunter series. The first book, Demon Hunter, will be published in April next year.
Cheryse also had a non-fantasy short story published in Great Australian Ute Legends (ABC Books/HarperCollins) this month.

BOOK LAUNCH

One hundred and twenty people turned up to Bec McMaster's debut book launch for Kiss of Steel (steampunk romance) in Ararat last week. The local librarian and a friend organised a couple of local theatre group actors to dress up as Honoria and Blade (heroine & hero) for the night. The two actors also did the book reading.

Check out the awesome cake served up on the night! Congratulations, Bec, wonderful to hear the night was such a success!
