There isn’t much world building, but there is enough detail to know that it is a different world and these characters react to the situations as only they can in the circumstances. This is a relatively short story for an afternoon’s pleasure."

ReplyDeleteI followed the link to Conflux8 and had to hunt around to see what it was. (I'm out of the loop as far as SF goes.) The conference seems very well priced. It'll be interesting to see what line-up they offer.
