Garlic lemon potato...Um a vegetarian dish oh dear. <br />Garlic lemon potatoes.<br />Potatoes<br />Chopped fresh garlic<br />Lemon<br />Spring Onion<br />Salt<br /><br />Par boil some new potatoes then chop into pieces once coolish.<br />Chop up spring onion and garlic (quanitities to your choice)<br />Heat up frypan (I use a cast iron one), put in some garlic infused oil to heat.<br />Put in onion and garlic and lightly heat through, add chopped potatoe, sprinkle with salt and lemon juice and cook until potato golden and heated through.
